Delittle Storyteller Company presents an informative and fun presentation on the care and nuturing of pet Hamsters.  The presentation begins with reading the newest Delittle Storyteller book, "Hamster Cheeks", the story of a little hamster that stores goodies in his cheeks and how he learns an important lesson.  An open and interactive discussion on pets and experiences will allow children the opportunity of relating personal pet encounters with the story.  Hamster care will be discussed and include choosing the best breed of Hamster for your personality, pet handling, housing,bedding, feeding, and raising a healthy and happy pet.  The presentation will conclude with a writing assignment of the retelling of a humorous event or experience with a pet.
